For organisations

Build a security team that can actually perform

Most security training tests what people sat through. Ours tests what they did. Every programme runs in a cloud lab, every step is graded, and participants leave with artifacts a board or an auditor would recognise.

  1. Assess

Identify capability gaps across your teams.

  2. Develop

Role-based learning matched to those gaps.

  3. Practise

    Experiential labs and live simulations.

  4. Validate

    Demonstrate practical, measurable capability.

Why trust CyBe

Why people trust the work

Not a training vendor with a marketing budget. Programmes built by people who have run security functions, reviewed by CISOs currently in post.

01

Founded by practitioners

CyBe Global was founded by the leadership of CSA Bangalore, one of India’s most decorated security communities. The chapter’s network reviews the curriculum.

02

Reviewed by practitioners currently in post

13 independent security leaders review the programmes and keep them current. Every one is named on the site, with their employer.

03

Framework-aligned

Curriculum mapped to NICE, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act.

04

Assessed on work, not attendance

Graded labs producing real artifacts. Written responses are reviewed by a practitioner, not auto-scored.

05

Independently held

CyBe Global is privately held and funded by the programmes it sells. We take no outside investment, which means we answer to the people who buy our work and to nobody else.

See the full record on About Us including named advisors and our global awards timeline.

What we do

How the work fits together

Not three equal pillars. One business, and two things that make it better.

Where CyBe came from

Founded by senior cybersecurity leaders and chapter leaders of CSA Bangalore

CyBe Global was founded in January 2026 by the leadership of the CSA Bangalore Chapter, the Indian chapter of the Cloud Security Alliance and a non-profit association operating since 2018.

The two are separate organisations. The chapter runs on volunteers and does community work. CyBe Global is a company and sells programmes. What connects them is the people: the practitioners who review the curriculum are drawn from the chapter’s network, and that is the reason the curriculum is worth anything.

More about the chapter
About CyBe Global

CyBe Global teaches security teams and security leaders to do the work, in labs built from real incidents, assessed on what they produce.

Founded by the leadership of CSA Bangalore Chapter, CyBe Global was built to close the gap between classroom cybersecurity and what India’s enterprise SOCs actually need. Our curriculum is reviewed by independent security leaders currently in post. Our labs replicate real incidents, not textbook scenarios.

Where we are going

One million cyber defenders

The goal was set in 2023 inside CSA Bangalore, and it is the reason this company exists. India’s security talent shortage will not be closed by classroom training, and it is widest in the places the training market has never bothered to serve.

We are not going to get there quickly. We are building a company designed to still be doing this in twenty years, funded by the work rather than by investors, so that the standard never has to drop to hit a number.

Our goal is not to produce more certificates. It is to build people who can actually defend.
